Job description

As the manager of an inside sales organization, I lead team members and maximize the acquisition of business negotiations through approaches to potential and prospective customers (new customers) generated by the marketing department. In addition, I will select target customers mainly from Middle/Enterprise customers, and will also lead activities for new business development, lead generation, and business negotiations.

 

It is a task to increase interest and attention by proposing solutions to problems through according to the customer's situation, after hearing about management issues, business issues, and customer needs, and leading to business negotiations with field sales representatives.

To approach a large number of customers, it is also an important task to develop and build effective and efficient approach methods and operations as an organization. Based on The Model, we will scientifically promote sales.

 

Requirements

Management and recruiting activities as a manager for the team:

 

  • Targeting new customers according to customer size and industrial attributes
  • Acquiring new customers through phone, email, letters, etc.
  • Listening to customers and nurturing (providing useful information and value proposition)
  • Acquiring business negotiations (SDR / BDR)
  • Formulating and monitoring business figures necessary for business growth
  • Improving productivity and systematizing the inside sales organization (creating scripts/improving work flows, etc.)
